Sometimes you simply cannot see yourself clearly from within your own experience. This is where the horses and our guidance come in.
Through our combined work in horsemanship, horse psychology, Reiki, intuitive energy work, personal development & nervous system awareness , we create a bridge between you and the horse, helping translate what the horse is reflecting back to you: your patterns, responses, boundaries, presence and way of connecting.
Your Day
Arrival & Connection
We begin by slowing down, grounding and connecting with you, the horses and the herd. Through observation and horse connection, we explore what is present for you in the moment.
Energy Work with Horses
A private intuitive energy session where we work with what is showing up beneath the surface. You are given space to feel, release and become more aware of yourself and your inner state.
Horse Connection: Horse Assisted Coaching, Personal development & Horsemanship
We then bring what you experienced into direct interaction with the horses. Instead of only talking about change, you get to experience and practice it in real time, through presence, boundaries, communication, trust and connection.
The horses respond immediately to what is happening within you. Their feedback allows you to recognise patterns, try something different and feel what changes when you shift your internal state.
Lunch & Integration
A nourishing organic lunch and space to pause, reflect and let the experience settle.
Embodiment & Connection
In the afternoon, we continue with the horses and integrate what you discovered, taking the experience beyond the session and into everyday life.

You don’t simply leave with an insight. You feel it. You practice it and you embody it.
The horse becomes your mirror. We help you understand the reflection.
What begins in the Reiki and energy work can be experienced physically through the horses, giving you a real opportunity to practise new ways of being and take that experience with you into your relationships, your work, your decisions, the way you treat yourself, and ultimately the way the world reflects you back.
